How do you get inspired: Sight!

Everyone wants a fantastic work-space for themselves. But most companies overlook this and just give their people a staid, boring, white-walled office environment and expect them to come up with mindblowing ideas to change the world.

Well, we, at OutSmart360, decided that to come up with these ideas, you need to be inspired. And inspiration comes from sight, sound, and touch. For starters, we decided to tackle sight. And having a bunch of creative madhouses within the team just makes the job so much easier (for the rest of us

So we just told them, that we need inspiration and let them loose. And this is what we started getting in response…

This was Shabib’s idea – and under Zia’s mentorship – we knew it was going to be an inspirational masterpiece…

Sometimes Zia just goes into her own world and starts waving her hands about – drawing lines, shapes, and other myriad things in her head. We found her once walking aimlessly on a street doing this, and right there decided that she was the one to lead our creative team!
