28th Oct was Biju’s birthday…which was a Sunday…. so we planned to give him a huge (belated) surprise on Monday.
We opened a bar at the office just for Biju… The bar opened at 1:00 pm

Biju had come to office by 12 but we couldnt make him go to the lounge “bar” easily… but when he did go there… he took some time to realize what was happening

Biju treated all of us with pizza and we had a great load of fun! Monday morning was a party morning thanks to Biju

Wow…that was exactly my heave-ho at the end of this event…and I have to call it an event because it was very different from the stuff we got to do the previous times around…you know…before it was always like a movie, or a pizza dinner…or bowling (not that I didnt enjoy any of these!)…but this one just blew me away.

Why? Well, just do a dekko at the “collage” Tanvi managed to put together and let me take you on the ride…

1. Thats Varun using his pretty nimble hands to count and differentiate (yes at the same time!) multiple colored beads…the game was each one would go against the other…and the person who came out with the highest number of beads (counted and differentiated correctly - again - at the same time!) stands to win. We had different schemes for this…i think one was beads…the other was with different types of food grains and pulses…and other difficult random things.

2. Rakesh, our newest brat in the pack trying his hand with the food grains + pulses thing. That, I have to agree, was tough.

3. Mala has great levels of concentration and focus. Shows in her gaming skills obviously. And quite oblivious to the camera too. Go girl!

4. The lemon and spoon race. I wanted to trip a few of them up…but hell…with projects and deadlines looming…I decided to back down.

5. All the so called Winners (yeah, yeah, am a sore loser) stood to win some cool goodies. Varun got this really cool scary thing whose eyes popped out if you squished it…Varun, we have seen you playing with it when you think no-one’s looking

6. Thats me…and I was completely knocked out in this one by everyone…this was when i learned that the many in the hours in the gym does not improve your balloon blowing skills. This game was all about who could blow the most number of balloons and burst them.

7. This was the lemon and spoon race finale. To make it more interesting we got the master-competitors to place their hands behind their heads. No, I didnt trip them

Man, I am looking forward to the next gaming event…competition is what all of us love!

The entire gang of girls sat together & created a masterpiece in delicacy!

Everybody brought the various ingredients of the Chat and we prepared Dahi Poori & Bhel Poori. This is us in action….

It took an hour to make it…. but was gulped down in few minutes!!

Team OutSmart had a blast at Amoeba. The bowling alley was on fire as all of us tried a shot!

Some shots were bad, some were good… and many of us managed to get a Strike!!

It was a huge chunk of fun & all of us were invigorated with the sportive spirit!

It was 60th independence day of our country … so just celebrating it with a lot of pride and respect …. u can see the poster there saying tht being independent is part of outsmart360’s culture…. its true tht venky has always given us lot of freedom at office … it feels really great working here ….. thanks venky!

wat do i say about lee …? she’s a sweetheart … really adorable … on her birthday … it was fun … we gave her a very nice surprise …we sang gra tu lerer med dagen lee…. she was very touched … u can see her ……:) well everything was good but saddest part was lee is allergic to wheat n she could’nt eat the cake …..

it was our darling garima’s birthday on 26th april…. little bit of surprise ! she was happy……
